This half-day Fire Extinguisher Training course provides practical guidance on selecting the correct type of extinguisher for different classes of fire and using it safely and effectively. The training includes hands-on experience using a range of fire extinguishers on controlled fires set by our instructor.

The course also covers relevant workplace fire safety responsibilities under the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Fire Safety (Scotland) Regulations 2006.

ACT delivers Fire Extinguisher Training from our Dingwall training centre and at customer locations across the Highlands, Inverness, Aberdeen, Fort William and throughout Scotland.
